THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS IN THE ONLINE SHOP AT WWW.MYLHTA.COM
WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE THROUGH OUR WEBSHOP, YOU AGREE ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS. ANY PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE IS SUBJECT TO SWEDISH LAW.
RETURNS
According to EU-legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 days from the delivery. Please contact our Customer Support at info@mylhta.com if you wish to return your. The return freight is paid by you as a customer, while the product itself and the freight from our premises to the customer will be refunded. In order to make the return process smooth and quick, we kindly advise the customer to provide following information when notifying our Customer Support:
- Order number
- Product
- Reason for the return
All returns have to be in an undamaged and unused condition. Please pack the goods thoroughly and carefully with/in its original box so that the product will reach our office in the exact same condition as it was when you sent it.
FREIGHT COSTS
Freight costs depend on the transport's final destination and it will subsequently vary. Please make sure that you accept the costs at the Checkout stage. Orders outside of the EU may be subject to additional VAT, import customs and other taxes that apply when you collect your package in your home country. Mylhta is not responsible for VAT, import tariffs and other taxes regarding orders from outside the EU and we cannot predict what additional fees will be added to your order. If your order is subject to any additional fees, kindly pay them in order to get the goods declared by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
TRANSPORT
’’All goods are transported from Sweden. If the product is damaged or has vanished during transport to the customer, Mylhta is liable for the product. However, you have to notify our Customer Support within five working days. If the product is damaged or has vanished during transport when the customer has sent the product back, the customer is liable for the damages. Carefully pack the goods back into its original box in order to avoid damages during the transport.
FORCE MAJEURE
Mylhta does not take responsibility for any events happening outside of Mylhta's control, which directly or indirectly prevents obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Extreme weather conditions, workforce strikes, fire, flood, war, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, riot etc. are examples of events outside of Mylhtas's control.
WARRANTY
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are without defects upon their delivery. Please note that Mylhtas's products are generally hand made and small differences between products may occur. Those differences are not unusual and they are not acceptable reasons for a reclaim. If you are not sure whether it is a valid reclaim or not, please take pictures of the supposed damages and send them to our Customer Support.
If you receive the wrong product or a defect one, please notify our Customer Support as soon as possible and at the very latest within 5 working days. In order to make the process quick and smooth, please provide the following information when notifying our Customer Support:
- Order number
- Product
- Reason for return
- If you wish to receive a new product or get a refund
Our Customer Support will send you a return freight bill and please pack the goods thoroughly and carefully so that the products will reach our office in the exact same condition as it was when you sent it. Please return the product along with your order confirmation and fill in the reason for the return. After we have received the defect/wrong product, we will send you a new/right one without any charge.
Attention! It is highly important that you contact our Customer Support at info@mylhta.com before you send back the product in order to get the reclaim approved and to get a return freight bill for your goods.
Our responsibility for defects in ordered goods is limited to what has previously been mentioned. Returning a product without a valid reason determined by Mylhta will always be at your expense.

NON PICKED UP GOODS
Items non collected and returned to Mylhta will be subject to a fee of 40 EUR/USD which will be deducted from the credit made to the card used as payment. If you wish to cancel your order after the package has been sent from us, you will have to pick up the goods and send it back to us. Otherwise it will be registered as non-picked up goods and a fee of 40 EUR/USD will apply.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any legal disputes between Mylhta and its consumers will be governed by Swedish law. Mylhta follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. Please visit www.konsumentverket.se for more information.
