Mylhta proudly presents some of Swedens most renowned designers and creators


Ida Magntorn is a photographer and author specialising in sustainable interior design. In her photography, she is fascinated by the secret exterior rooms formed by nature itself. Her books are translated into several languages and her photography has been published in international publications such as New York Magazine and The Guardian. As an artist Ida Magntorn works with exhibitions both in Sweden and internationally, latest in Paris and Seoul.

Carl Malmsten (1888–1972) is not only one of the most famous furniture designer in Sweden. He was also one of the great cultural celebrities of th last century, with a strong influence on domestic and public environments and the social debate of the time.
Lisa Hilland, founder and creative director of Mylhta creates sustainable high quality design, combining modern high-tech production techniques with artisan quality craftsmanship. Her clients include renowned Swedish brands such as Gemla, Orrefors and Svenskt Tenn. She is a graduate of Central St Martin’s College of Art and design in London, giving her an international approach to her Scandinavian heritage. Since the launch of Mylhta in 2018, Lisa Hilland has been granted several awards for Mylhta, Anno Cabinet was awarded ’Furniture of the year 2019 by Sköna Hem and Mylhta Stool has been awarded 'Furniture of the Year 2019' by Form Magazine, Swedish Arts and Crafts Association.
